GuideCabin Privacy Policy

GuideCabin (the “App”) is provided by MT-Design (the “Developer”).
The App is designed with user privacy as a top priority.
The App does not collect any personal information or usage data.
No account registration is required.
The App does not use analytics or other usage tracking technologies. It does not display advertisements or use advertising identifiers.
The App does not automatically send crash reports or similar diagnostic data.
The contact form is provided on a website outside of the App. Information submitted through the contact form is subject to the privacy policy of that website.
All imported manuals, photos, product information, and chat content are stored only on your device. Neither the Developer nor any third party can access this data.
Whether this data is included in device backups, such as iCloud Backup, depends on your device’s backup settings.
Your data remains stored on your device until you delete it within the App. Products, manuals, and other data can be deleted from within the App. Deleting the App will also delete the App’s data stored on your device.
However, data that remains in device backups is subject to the settings and policies of the applicable backup service.
The App communicates with external services only in the following cases:
URL Import:
When you specify a web page or PDF by URL, the App accesses that URL in order to retrieve the requested content.
In-App Purchases:
Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s privacy policy applies to these transactions.
When importing PDFs or other files, the App accesses only the files that you explicitly select using the system file picker.
When using the URL import feature, a request is sent to the web server hosting the specified URL. As part of normal Internet communication, information such as your IP address may be transmitted to that server.
The handling of data by the destination website is subject to that website’s own privacy policy.
OCR (Optical Character Recognition), search, and chat search processing are performed entirely on your device.
Payment information related to purchases is processed by Apple. The Developer does not receive or have access to credit card information or other payment details.
The App may use local notifications, with your permission, to notify you when certain processes, such as importing a manual, have been completed.
All notifications are generated locally on your device. The App does not use external servers or push notification services for these notifications.
The App accesses your camera and photo library only for the purpose of importing manuals, warranty documents, or similar materials, and only with your permission.
Photos taken or selected through the App are not transmitted outside your device.
Permission to access the camera and photo library can be changed or revoked at any time through the iOS Settings app.
The App is intended for users of all ages and does not collect data from users regardless of age.
If this Privacy Policy is updated, the changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, in the App’s information on the App Store.
